The back with a wide nulled carved panel above a plain carved panel headed by an arch shaped cresting rail carved with fan shaped nulling, the downswept open arms on baluster turned front supports embracing an original solid seat, on inverted-baluster turned legs joined by rectangular section stretchers, the front seat rail stamped with the initials ‘ES’ or ’SE’.
